- VPC monitoring and O&M — EIP management, NAT Gateway, and bandwidth optimisation strategies
- OSS concepts — regions, buckets, objects, versioning, lifecycle management, and cross-region replication
- OSS image processing, Content Delivery acceleration, and ApsaraVideo for Media Transcoding integration
- Common OSS operations, access control (bucket policies and RAM), and security best practices including server-side encryption
- CDN architecture — DNS resolution, intelligent DNS, CNAME, cache, edge nodes, CDN domains, and back-to-source configuration
- CDN billing modes — traffic billing vs. bandwidth billing, optimization strategies for large-scale content delivery
- CDN + OSS and CDN + ECS integration patterns for static and dynamic acceleration solutions
- Security fundamentals — Anti-DDoS Basic, Anti-DDoS Pro, WAF, Security Center, and CloudMonitor product features
- Detect and respond to DDoS attacks, brute-force password attacks, and SQL injection using Alibaba Cloud Security alerts
- CloudMonitor custom alert rules, dashboard configuration, and integration with notification channels for SLA management
