REFUND POLICY

The organization fabricated this policy to lay out the specific details regarding a refund of the admission or any training fee paid by an individual to Network Kings instead of the provided teaching services. If the admissions counsellor is unaware of any such request made by the students, the student will be held responsible for the same.

THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY AFTER ADMISSION!

• To provide appropriate assistance to the student, Demo Classes of each course along with the Course Contents are provided with free access.
• Hence, please check the Demo class and the content before joining or purchasing.
• We confirm our batches only after admissions. Therefore, the company has no refund policy once the admittance gets verified or courses are purchased.
• However, with a perspective of further improvement, we urge our students to share their reasons/feedback for requesting a refund.

No refund for purchased videos!

As provided above, since the demo videos and contents are available free of cost to prospective students, the company has no refund policy for the purchased product. Hence, course videos are digital products.

Cancellation Policy: Online Classroom Learning

• The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended the online classroom training for more than 1 day's session or have accessed / downloaded course material from the learning portal.
• No refund will be provided on discounted courses.
• No refund will be provided for the academic institute tie up courses.
• There is no refund applicable on the Certificate programs. All the enrolments and payments made are full and final.
• If the delegate doesn’t turn up on the given schedule then no refund will be provided.
• In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.
• Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days, post review and approval of any such request.

LOG IN ID USAGE

• One log-in credential set is for single use only. No participant can share the credentials with the other.
• If found, the services rendered to the said participant shall be deemed and shall hold no refund legibility.
• If you receive any such information, you need to share it immediately with our Help and Support team.
• But if the issue under your knowledge goes unreported, the same shall affect both participants involved.
• The unauthorised usage of the courses and other requirements is duly diligent.
• The participant is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the account.

Cancellation Policy: Video Package Materials Learning

• No refund will be done for Self Paced courses.
• No refund will be provided and access will be revoked , If anytime found course is been shared with others / multiple users or intention of course purchase is to copy the material/ Content and account will be blocked at the same time.
