Pass the core exam and one elective exam within two years to achieve certification.
Active FCP – Network Security certification or equivalent hands-on experience with FortiGate administration
Deep knowledge of enterprise networking: OSPF, BGP, VLANs, trunking, and layer 2/3 protocols
Experience configuring security profiles: IPS, web filtering, application control, and FortiGuard services
Hands-on experience with IPsec VPN, IKEv2, and ADVPN topologies in production environments
Familiarity with wireless network administration including FortiAP, guest access, and IoT segmentation
